My hunny had the day off today. We went to Lompoc to the La Purissima mission and hiked to 2,000 ft. It was an amazing hike lead by a botanist. There were so many beautiful wildflowers that I took two rolls of film. This is actually the first guided hike I have been on but I think I did pretty good. I think the person closest to my age was about 55 and they all out did me on the steep hills. It was such a beautiful day and the trail was so peaceful as it lead us through the foothills. I loved every minute of it and can't wait to do it again.

The best nature runs I had were in the tropical rainforests of Ecuador. When I was a little kid, I told myself that I wanted to visit the rainforest. Then I grew up and was like "pah, I'm never going to get to go deep into a rainforest". And then I did. Wow.
I'm guessing you live vicariously through my journal because you're monogomous? I was once monogomous, and I probably will be again in the future, but for now, I'm loving the poly life.
Needless to say, we're no longer monogomous. We will be when we get married, but that's not for a while.
