Ohhh a cookie press! I've always wanted one of those +o)
I don't have any particular ideas, although if I had one I'd try to make all my favorites in funky designs. There's a couple of cookie topics going around the kitchen group that people have been posting their recipes to - they all sound so good I don't know which to try first!
