The one I tasted was also homemade and was mind blowing delicious! The only thing I'm not sure is how the sparkling will react to the freezing. If I was you, I would take out the sparkles (put it in a glass and stire with a spoon or something) and then freeze it. I'm saying this because I once left some beer bottle in the deep freeze and the "exploded". Other then that, I'm sure they're gonna be delicious
