It's been a little while since I blogged. On the running front, I ran a 10 miler last weekend. I'm not all the way back in shape, but no shin splints and no serious tendon problems. My time was about what I expected so I'm happy. I'm also starting to do more work on the stairmaster to get ready for the annual Columbia Tower climb in Seattle in a few months.
I've wokred 125 hours in the last 10 days and am ready for a little break. A word to the wise: beware of flying car seats. I was destrying one yesterday with a Denver Tool and it ricochetted back at me. I escaped major injury, but I felt pretty dumb. I'm supposed to be the safe one around here.
Thank you all for your birthday wishes. It was low key, which was a surprise, but in a good way. Cheers.
