WE MANAGED TO SETTLE OUT OF COURT!!!!!!! So I have increasing visitation up until age 1 when I start "standard" visitation. She finally pulled her head out of her ass and quit fighting the inevitable! YAY!!!

I had my court date and I get to bring my son home. I am elated. It's not quite the time I was hoping for, but this is considered temporary relief and my lawyer seems to think that it is a "trial period" and I should get standard visitation in Sept. SO, here we go!!

Ok.... so first time I have ever blogged. I don't know what to talk about. Suggestions???
