Enjoy the holiday's with these 4-ingredient peanut clusters 🥜 A delicious blend of peanuts and chocolate 🍫 This sweet & salty crockpot Christmas candy is a MUST MAKE this season!
Ingredients:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
600 g salted peanuts
16 oz (450 g) chocolate almond bark
1 bag (270 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Holiday sprinkles (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add the chocolate bark, chocolate chips, peanut butter and peanuts to the crockpot.
2. Set to cook on low for 1 hour, stirring at the half an hour mark.
3. When the chocolate is completely melted, stir once again to coat the peanuts in chocolate.
4. Place muffin cup liners on a baking sheet.
5. Use the cookie scoop to drop the candy mixture into the liners.
6. Top candy clusters with festive sprinkles.
7. Move them to the refrigerator to set for about an hour.
