Ooof, I hadn't heard MAD in a while. I'm more or less a Zen type, and given my former line of work, accepted mortality, but yes, that was, I think the turning point.

The horror and guilt that the scientists felt has always struck me as a positive, a light in the darkness, if you will. (https://youtu.be/lb13ynu3Iac)

'Disc brake is not flower,' I am hoping that was said with a very heavy Russian accent. A La, 'In Soviet Russia, flower Springs you...' No real reason other than I find the folks I know from that area to be charming and hysterically funny.

Gettin' nigh time to ride. I saw a young, I assume, man on a sport bike last week, maybe ten days back, during the warm break we had. I was thinking the same on @annalee 's post on fog, but I am perhaps too dhyana at times. I simply take things as they come. Bad habit, particularly if ones' next thought is of the scene in Fight Club when our protagonist lets go of the wheel of the car on the highway...

I cannot say 'we both know,' as that is in my mind arrogant -it is me saying I know what you know, but good intentions are usually right out the window, just like plans. And, I am pretty clumsy, unless I have trained the skill into muscle memory, or am in the zen space. So, I get hit, sometimes a lot. It's hell not being the fastest, smartest, strongest, toughest, 'killingest' (or best looking, dang) like so many of these here folks I run into on the internets...

Vanson Manx under the titanium. And agreed, I'll add, not getting hit is a large part of the battle, that said, the maille is to keep my mind busy, I don't use the weed to help meditate, but sometimes it slips my mind that it does not in any way assist in living a meditative life. For me, in any case. It's a short-term intoxicant, if you will.

I buy pre-cut rings, titanium. Lazy, I know, but I've moved and most of my tools are boxed up. The  newer bows are serious business. I have a less serious unit, 2013 /2014 PSE Beast-X. I still hunt, so it's a nice bow for the thick spots and has the power for the areas in the old growth when I might happen upon the elusive whitetail or turkey.

O, and I should be working on the transmission on my bike, but I haven't had the drive, or heart lately. Next month, at it like a force of nature.

OK, not opposed to adding "followers", but I do like to feel that I'm not going to be overwhelmed with Facebook type minuteta. My non-english is just about enough to let me order a drink & meal. So correct me if I misread; you play the viola? Is it for fun or are you going Pro?

Thanks, man, that's quite a compliment. I've always dug that song and the images it evokes. I would love to ride that countryside one day.
