Well, that's that then.
Christmas was a good day, despite the fact that it snowed in some places and was freezing cold and pissing down rain on and off. It was fantastic to see my family again, most of them I haven't seen since I was here Christmas last year. We had loads and loads of food, I ate way too many prawns, they were divine. I got beaten up by my 7 year old cousin, who pushed me down the stairs, she's a terror at times. I have a massive bruise and grazing on my leg as a result. What's christmas without battle scars eh?
Boxing Day I was invited to my Dad's house
His girlfriend obviously felt a little festive and the olive branch was extended.
It was a lovely afternoon/evening.
I got to meet my sisters new dog, Zarli, she's a staffi x ridgeback and she's gorgeous, with a little mowhawk down her back. I also got to see the cats, my two, Alice and Elliott and my Mum's cat, Nina. Elliott refused to have anything to do with me, but Alice and Nina were all over me like a rash. At least I'm loved, even if it is by cats.
The food was divine again. My old neighbours from my growing up days were there, so the company couldn't have been better. I had a great day.

Today, dunno what I'm doing. I feel like curling up on the couch and watching the cricket. Though the Aussies have just lost a few quick wickets!! Yikes.
As for NYE/NYE, I've no idea what I am doing. To be honest, I don't care if I stay at home, I think the whole lot is overrated
