Well, I went to Goth night at the Pulse for the first time in a long time. I was a little disappointed. I really miss the Tokyo night clubs. Every night you could meet people from all over the world, plus Fashion Week in Tokyo is coming up, so there's always a lot of interesting people out...

I've seen pictures of the Tokyo nightclubs and they look out of hand. it just looks like everyone is having a ball. so what goes on there for fashion week? and how are you doing?

that sounds like it would be amazing! you have a good mindset, not catering to the uber cheese balls of the "higher spirituality the more money you make" echelon. I would love to work at a tea counter in exchange for lessons...what a good experience! and I love tea, and yoga...too bad it's not already happening, I would sign up in a heart beat. but I can understand the stability you want. it'll be really amazing when you get there. as far as sentementailty goes, florence italy is my first choice. i have this fantasy about living semi monastically (except for the laptop and hopeful lack of cellabacy) and teaching and writing and studying art history,

practically speaking i'd probably be happier in a germanic country. i spent a semester in the netherlands in college and i really liked how progressive and tolerant their society is, the people are uber friendly and its a beautiful, compact country with good public transport. (that i already know how to use)

so its a toss up. i think it would be fairly simple to get a visa to either place, but what do i know...

they have an sgnm group now - its pretty big, like 40 people or so I think - I believe they just went out last night - I personally just left the group, just because I hang out at the gothic clubs and bars and figure Ill probably meet people out on the scene if they hang out - and I was trying to hook up with a member of the group, and didnt want the complication of being in a local group with them as well you know - but I might join it again later -

Really quick update here. I spent two weeks in Alaska, came home for a about a week, and then spent the holidays in Napa. I'm leaving for Denver today for New Year's. Happy holidays to all!
