Taken my personal exercise program up a notch. I'm now on week four of running 2 kilometers every day. I love it. I've got my time down to 2k in 13 minutes and I'm aiming at doing it in 12. When I get that I'm going to bump it up to a 5k run. I'm running around in Stanley Park... It's utterly gorgeous and I really need to go take some pictures to show you guys.
