Hey everyone and @rambo @missy, thought I'd throw my happy rant out here!
So 2017 will start off amazingly! So excited😁😁! We sign our new lease to a two bedroom apartment on Friday the 13th. I know weird right haha, I tried to change the date but nothing works out but that day. I'm not worried anymore though, the 13th has never been bad to me. After all I was born on a 13th myself!
Anyways what a difference it'll be. Going from a studio apartment that's about 325sqft to a 2 bedroom with almost 1000sqft for only 225$ more a month! Nyc is crazy when it comes to rent especially the closer you are to the city. We're in astoria now and it's 1420 for a goddamn studio! And it takes 2 hours to find parking around here😠😠 plus we can't even have pets 🔫
Our new apartment is on the first floor in Kew Garden Hills. what seems like absentee landlord so you know I'm gonna be getting high in my bed!🌲🌳🌿😤💨 We can have pets, 🐕🐶🐩 we want maybe 2 dogs and literally we will have so much space the living room will be empty for the first couple of weeks while we get furniture!🛋🎱😈 I can't be more excited, literally already started packing last week and everyday I get up and jump and down on my bed shouting, we're moving! We're moving! 📯😲👐
The great part is the lighting in the apartment, the space, the white walls, lots of selfie space! Haha and of course I'll be posting a video of our apartment now and after we move in! 😂 I just couldn't be happier. I'm surprised me and my boyfriend haven't killed each other with the amount of space we DON'T have lol!
