This morning started off great. Cold front pushed a thunderstorm in this morning around 5:00AM. We've had rainstorms lately, but not a full blown thunderstorm. I haven't heard thunder in months. I awoke to it and loved it. Oddly, I found it quite peaceful. Stayed up and listened to it for a while before I fell back asleep.
Cold front wasn't too great. It got too windy and cold for my 'rents. Ended up not going to the baseball game today. Guess it wasn't too bad. Longhorns ended up losing anyway. Oh well, series tied 1-1. Tiebreaker game tomorrow!
Night ended horribly. Went to BJ's restaurant with my parents and my girlfriend. All 3 got sick. Fingers crossed I don't meet the same fate. Hopefully they all feel better in the morning.
