Hilarious. I worked at Convergys in Winnipeg (Comcast lastly) and transferred to the Edmonton office when I moved here (mostly moved to get away from bad things there too). I was just able to quit a month ago when I got hired by Shaw and it was very satisfying. I don't want to go back to Winnipeg.

Yeah, that's tough. You kind of just have to catch them I guess. However, to stop them you can rub the wires with some apple-bitters which you can get at the store. Or if that doesn't try putting some tobasco, pepper, menthol, or something similar on the wires. They'll learn fast.
