Despite waking up with a burning sinus cavity thing, menstural cramps that made me feel like I was giving birth to a watermelon (I seriously thought my uterus was going to fall out today), and a headache so massive I thought I was going to pass out I still:
Worked out for an hour and 10 minutes this morning, including 40 minutes of cardio and weights.
20 minutes cardio tonight and some yoga mmmm
I also ate zucchini MMMMM!
I feel better already. Getting back into shape is going to be fun! Tomorrow I'm walking to my brothers school to pick him up and walking him home. After working out all morning it won't be fun, in the stupid stupid heat. Blast you sun!
