Sooooo, Adam booked me a room at the Hilton for "our" Valentines. "Our" Valentines is basically anytime within the week after Valentines, we celebrate, since the past two years we've worked on Valentines. We're going out for a fancy dinner, enganing in carnal activities and then going out for breakfast. Awwwww.
It kind of excites me for Edmonton. The idea of Edmonton has grown on me slightly. I don't have to fly there, and we had so much fun driving there last time. And we get this huge ass hotel room with a kitchen and two bedrooms for 9 nights and a couple nights at the fantasy land. In terms of sex and relaxation it should be good.
So I tried waxing last night. I finally was able to do it. I'm so incompetent. The pain is actually sort of nice, quick and intense for a couple seconds and then over. Unfortunately my wax kit was cheap and stupid (I bought it like a year ago haha) and left hair everywhere. So I need a good wax kit so I can be hairless since my motivation for shave has been non existant for a couple weeks. (Adam complained and then I asked what he did for me lately to look good, and he couldn't ever say he showered because he's a busy working geek who doesn't have time. Also why we never have sex anymore).
One week until my Reading Week. A FULL WEEK. Yum. Unfortunately to get to that week I have to do elections, write a midterm and write a very large essay.
I hate my English class.
And I dropped ARHI. I studied my ass off and knew the material inside and out, but got a C+. 80 questions in 50 minutes, when all the answers are like:
a)Chartes 1194-1260/Donatello 1445-50
b)Chartres 1445-1450/Donatello 1194-1260
c)Donatello 1145-50/Chartres 1494-1560
d)Donatello 1194-1260/Chartes 1445-1450

Okay, I dunno, but me having a habit of reading numbers wrong and being a slow reader, it came down to a matter of guessing since I had no time to read the questions or answers. I was PISSED.
So I dropped it.
I also enrolled in two summer courses, Gender in Popular Culture and Women in Developing Societies.
