The first one, and the most obvious one, is laughter. I am easily amused so that helps in most cases. But what really brings me peace and security in my heart is being near my best friend. He doesn't need to do anything to cheer me up, just knowing somebody is there and cares, yeab, that's more than enough for me. He's my security blanket after 10 years of friendship.
