ohhh i'm so unusually hyper on this halloween-eve, just got home from a several hour pilgrimage for a police officer hat to complete my costume. oh. my. god. i went everywhere- walmart, kmart, the mall, the party store, the toy store, the halloween store, and EVERYONE is out with their kids shopping for a costume. shit is thrown everywhere, kids are running, i can't fucking walk anywhere because 1000 people are in my way. complete anarchy. and anyway, i didn't even find the hat. 
i have the belt, the gun, the fuzzy cuffs, the walkie talkie, the flashlight AND the extrasexy aviator glasses... i'm seriously considering swiping the police hat from the dramatic play area in the daycare i work at! its gonna be fun... i loooove costume parties.
any suggestions for a clever name to put on my badge?

my boyfriend of about 2 1/2 months is going to come stay the week with me starting sunday night, because he has a weeklong training the next town over from here. so, we'll be playing house for a few days. i'm kinda freakedout/excited! especially since i've never lived with a boyfriend or girlfriend or even had that many sleepovers in a row. it should be fun, and probly a good test.
theres a car that cruises this neighborhood and sounds a horn which plays "la cucaracha" at least once a week- it just went by! lol! i'm dying to know what the car looks like... i'm picturing like, pink camaro with fuzzy dice... god, my town is SO weird! gotta love it!
