The NYC craigslist scares me to death. And just thinking of moving to Brooklyn is almost giving me a panic attack.
AHHHH why did I agree to this? I'm already behind schedule to save for an apartment that's going to cost at least $1200/mo. Yes, I'm stupid for not checking this out in advance. Can I make this happen??
LaneMeyer, where are you?

if you're already trying to save for an apartment that costs that much, how are you going to keep paying rent once you get out there? that's quite frankly insane. Maybe i just can't quite relate because i'm frankly stuck here for the indefinite future because i own a house, and the recording studio i work at is here and i don't have enough real experience or training to try to move somewhere else and get a similar job. That, and currently, my only marketable skill is being a pizza delivery driver, so yeah, i pretty much suck all around, nevermind...
