I've had such awful insomnia for the past couple of weeks. I can't get to sleep until about 5 a.m., and then, no matter what, I sleep until at least 1 p.m. I have found that sleeping during the day feels really good, and that during the day is when I get quality sleep. No matter what I do during the day or how tired I feel, when we get in bed I take along my booklite and something to read because I know I'll lay there for hours if I don't. Why can't I sleep when I want to, and not when I don't???
