there is a show we watch called "little people big world". its about a dwarf family and their everyday struggles living in a big people world. its a very good show and me and the family have learned alot about little people. in my life i have probobly seen about 5 at the most. i dont know where they hide out or why i dont see any of them. the other day i was a target with my boy. as soon as we walked in i saw a little person. i knew that eventually we would bump into him. sure enough as we turn a corner my son goes "look dad, theres a midget. i placed a cd i had over his mouth and walked the other way. when i removed the cd he said "dad, why did you cover my mouth, i was showing you an old man midget like we see on little people big world". i guess i should have steered him away. i should have introduced my boy to the man and told him about the show we watch. that way my son would see that hes just like us only not very tall. oh well, maybe the chance will come up again.

work has been slow this week. we keep getting sent home due to high winds. i think the vegas weather people give the wind forecast at ground level because when we get 40 stories up it is a whole different story.
