Moving abroad is really not an easy experience. I miss my friends, I miss the sort of call "hey, what are you doing? let's go grab a beer?".
I have never been the kind of person who makes friend with a lot of people. I don't know what I was expecting, but those days I feel lonely.
I'm happy to be where I am, I love my work and I the people I work with are all great. But I don't want work to be my whole life, not now, not ever. And going back home to watch a game of a sport I don't even understand (why is a sport mostly played with hand called football???) does not really help!
But, well, boys don't cry.
