Hello

First off, I haven't been around lately and I'm sorry for being a shitty friend and not reading and commenting your journals. Preparing to move is still going on.. there was apparently more to do than I had thought (excuse #1) Send Rokko some love please, she needs it.

Soooo I went and saw Iron (fucking) Maiden last Tuesday!(excuse #2) The show was in-fucking-credible! They opened with "Aces High" and closed their encore set with "Hallowed Be Thy Name". Bruce Dickinson had a different get-up on for every song it seemed like. He put on the redcoat for "The Trooper", wore a black cloak for "Fear of the Dark", and wore a fancy headdress for "Powerslave". It was fucking awesome.

I finally got my double helix finished last Wednesday, and I freaking love it.(excuse #3) A huge thank you to Alex Miller for doing it and doing a fantastic job at it too! I'm sorry for no pictures, but I failed to take a good pic when it was just done and now it is all peely and gross, so I'll wait till that shit's over to take one. Next project is an H. P. Lovecraft themed half-sleeve or full-sleeve (I have a tattoo already on the forarm and don't want it to be overshadowed or covered up, we'll see how it works out)

(excuse #4 and #5)Went and saw "The Hulk" on friday, what a kick-ass movie! And full of hidden thingies and surprises for reform comic nerds like myself Also, I picked up Rock Band the other day, kind of as a graduaion present to myself and something fun for the new place. I R addicted.

I kinda ran out of boxes (excuse #6) so am at a stand still untill I get some more. I know it's very easy to get boxes, but I'm being lazy right now. Oh fun fact that my tattoo artist told me.(you might already know, but I thought it was cool) While sitting in the chair the Mr. Bungle song "My Ass is on Fire" came on his iPod. I made the comment that Mike Patton has an incredible scream that he almost never uses, and Alex told me this: All of the sounds of the vampires in the movie "I Am Legend" are done by Mike Patton! Heavily effected with his keyboards I'm sure, but still, I thought it was pretty cool.


Anyway, I'm sorry for not being around lately and I still have much to do, and the earliest we can move in is July 14th, but probably later as the house needs a little bit of work to pass inspection.
