So I had to cancel my trip to Florida this weekend because I got STREP throat somehow. It's really weird because I am the only one around here sick. The visit with my cousin and my younger brother and his family here in DC went really well. We all had a really great time though my brother says it'll be awhile before they bring my niece back. She's 8 and apparently didn't enjoy all the walking that DC had to offer. For those of you who have never been to DC it's a walking town...LOTS of walking. I think my brother and my sister-in-law had a good time and would probably enjoy it a lot here if they came by themselves but that'll never happen.

In other news I am really needing to involved in the art scene here in DC. I am missing that sooooo much since moving here from Tampa. I could probably be persuaded to shoot more sets for the SG if anyone around here needed it...
