it sucks when yer sad and your with someone and they cant help and you feel like youre a million miles away and they dont even know

I know how you feel. I had a day last week when I couldn't stop crying and there was really nothing obstensibly wrong. And I know that generally no one can really snap you out of it except yourself. So I give you BIG HUGS and hope that you will feel better soon.
