Last night was a bizarre dream. It involved Kim, Shakti, Rupa, and I going to Nations up in NoVa. But it wasn't a normal Nations night, it was a special kids night at Alchemy. You know, like kids under 12 get in for free. It was EXTREMELY odd. Most of it was fairly random. I saw M there. And Shakti had a black cane. And Kim had shortish hair that I couldn't believe was a wig but she assured me it was and seemed happy that I had been fooled. Then I woke up. Odd.
Class this morning was odd as well. I'm not sure my extremely young Cognition professor is entirely sure what he's doing, but he makes it fun. I got to scream 3 whenever I saw a right-facing semi-circle and other people had to guess what letter was on the screen based on what numbers were being shouted. I suppose it got the point across.
Oooo! And this morning not only did I make Laura oatmeal as I tend to do, I made hot-chocolate oatmeal, the one thing that will certainly wake her up. Speaking of which, I hope she comes back soon. I'm hungry and don't want to fold laundry anymore.
Last night I left up an away message spawned from my reading Nagel. It had to do with whether or not death was bad, based on the argument that if life is good, the depreivation of life is bad. I, along with those crazy Greeks, argue that the loss of good is not in itself bad. Geoff agreed in big philosophical ways. Zach agreed because if the lack of good equals bad then there could be no Nuetral allignments in D&D. My friends kick ass.
