just a thought,I was listening to a sports program and they where saying that Lance Armstrong probably used inhancing drugs [unproven] but so had most of his competition at that time [also unproven],and one of the reporters mention that most of the others in that era had paid this bicyclist organization to stay out of disfavor.Is this true? If this is happening is not this extortion ? just thinking out load
