just got my first phone bill ,having had to leave my home and "find myself "{ someone elses words not mine},and establishing a new house and home,after 18 years in the same house with the same phone #,i find that the phone co.thinks its ok to play a game i call "see if you can catch us",and they wonder why people distrust them. i ageed to pay 59 .00 a month for service ,plus discounts,so i get my first bill and and it is 89.00 a month and i am charged for 2 months plus i only get disconts for one month?spent my time talking to a young man{ who is only trying to make a pay check and be productive}discussing why what i agreed to a month before was not what was being charged ,he had to talk to his higher ups more than once and between them all they didnt see what the problem was,and they where sure by next month it would all even out?why do i even have to play this game? do i send them a bad check and wite on it ,it will even out next month. i dont do bussiness this way , why is a muti-billion dollar corp. allowed to? im ok now. thank you for listening to my rant.
