Just got out of the Massage Therapist ,wish I felt this way all the time ,just wondering how long this range of movement is going to last. I would recommend that you find a good Therapist ,if not at least a good friend with good hands

The ex-wife and myself took the grandkids and their parents to see the movie super8 for fathers day,it was a fun movie,it was written for kids as they are the heros ,everyone said they liked it,so I can recommend and say my grandkids loved it.Thats all for now
