one thing you could always count on in the moutains was the evening and night breeze that always showed up. no matter what the weather was like during the day, you would always hear a pleasent breeze whipping through the valley. it was something i really loved about it. especially those nights where the windows and balconey door were open to keep the place cool.
my apartmet in chicago has a very similar sound that permeates through the evening sky. its the not too distant "L" train breezing through on its elevated track over milwaukee ave.
