So I went to the SG Burlesque show last night in SF and I have to say it was a little weird. I swear most of the people there were not SG members, and I wasn't really expecting that. I didn't recognize almost anyone there, and the few I did recognize I didn't talk to anyway. I thought I saw Tuffy there, but since I don't know him and figured people might be hounding him all night, I thought it best I let him have some peace. Plus I'm shy, so sue me. I still think it's weird when you introduce yourself to someone you know from the internet. Am I alone on this? Hope not.

The show itself was pretty rad, but I was hoping for more burlesque and less "let's get onstage and just take our clothes off in a forced manner." A couple of the sets they did were really awesome though. I really liked the Tegan/Stormy beer fight set. And speaking of Stormy, she's even hotter in person than she is on this here site! All in all, the show was alright, but I left feeling just a tad disappointed. The girls WERE awesome though, but it was overshadowed by me feeling weird about the crowd.
