Two things I learned on the night of New Year's:
1. Tom Jones should never do a cover of Talking Heads' "Burning Down the House".
2. Moby should never do a cover of Radiohead's "Creep".
I ended up sitting in bed alone in my house watching the local ball drop for the New Year on tv. Why? Because I suddenly got a full blown case of the flu that very day. Fever, dry heaving, shivering despite how burning I was, body pains, etc. I could barely walk. I felt like Ozzy Osbourne trying to hobble around his house. Sharon! I think I'm gonna go have a burrito.
