okay let me give you a little bit more info inregards to all of this.
(this IS the honest truth)
I have not been one for serious relationships, not since my infamous ex-fiancee (4 yrs ago). Besides those scars, i really do have a busy schedule. SO, (i know this sounds insane) but when I meet a guy that likes to hang out, is of good company and doesn't want a commitment. I think the guy is being honest with me.
Unfortunately, I've had experiences where they get attached. And they start trying to act like a boyfriend or they can't handle that I just see what i have with them at face value: a friend with benefits. So they either leave or I leave them.
I'm not saying I'm God's gift here nor that I'm something amazingly special. This is just how it's been for a while.
I realized that I'm gonna hang out with my girl-friend and kick it with her. And I'll figure it all out when the time comes that I'm ready to see him. Im really up there for school and business agenda, not for him. If he gets that impression that i'm there for him then he does. I can't help that, i've been 100% honest and truthful with this guy.
I'm sure he gets lonely and it's nice to see a comforting and familiar face, but he knows that i'm not ready for anything. Yes, this WILL be hard at first to take things back to "just friends only" when I move there. But oh well.
We're all adults here, nothing has to be so complicated. I'm pretty easy-going and prefer non-drama if possible. What ever happens, happens.
Thank you all for the feedback. seriously, you all have helped me out. (to be honest) I almost wanted to just forget the whole thing and quit on him.. I dont need this drama right now.. You guys are rad! I heart you all!!!

All I ever want is a friend with benefits. Why do guys become insecure with you being their friend with benefits?
