Okay, okay...I know it's been a while since I've actually done an updated blog, and not just some bitchy rant poem I wrote years ago.

Life's been pretty good. The new gig is kick ass, I love working mostly with men. I find them much easier to get along with, generally less whiny, and there are significantly fewer hormonal induced crying outbursts....for the most part.

We just had two days of training from this awesome guy from Portland, and I was fortunate enough to be offered a one on one meeting with the trainer after the regular sessions. Only ta few select senior reps were offered the meeting time with him so I was SO excited my boss offered me the learning opportunity!

That's usually a good sign...

AND in my meeting I was telling the trainer I eventually see myself moving towards a training position and asked him what steps I should ake to get there. He told me to continue doing what I'm doing and to keep in touch with him and in one year he would like to discuss bringing me on as one of his North American trainers. WOOT!

We had an amazing conversation that has left me feeling so great about my decision to pursue a career in this industry...I love loving work...

ON ANOTHER NOTE...MY BIRTHDAY IS THIS SATURDAY...

And I don't have any major plans. I think just dinner with my sister and a few friends. After my bestfriends bday bash all of February I'm pretty partied out.
