My grandmother died last night. She was 94 years old. For the last 15 years she wasn't well. She had alzheimer. She didn't recongnize her grand children and even her children. I remember 10 years ago we went visit her for Easter. My brother and I kissed her hello but she didn't know who she justed kiss. She had to ask my mother who we were.
For the last 5 years she couldn't talk, couldn't move.
For this situation it's better for her to be where she is now than stock in her body, I think.
I'll always remember when I was a kid and we went visit her. She always had some chocolate that she would give us in secret.

Well, every once and a while my boss runs language immersions for some of our high end clients. It runs from Sunday afternoon to Saturday at lunch. I tend to so the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning part of it and one of my collegues does the other part.
So, for that time I'm stuck in the woods with no phone, tv or internet but we do get a French chef!
So noe I get to sleep in my own bed again until the last week of May when I do it all over again.
and I managed to keep it all down.
What kills my stomach though is Calcium. I take calcium supplements - cause I fear osteoporosis (spelling??) - and if I don't eat something when I take it, my stomach does back flips until I do eat something...
