Grrr, I have perionychitis! Never heard of it? me neither until today. It's an inflammation around the edge of the nail caused by a bactaria. Usually you get it when you work outside or in your gagrage. Last Friday I help a friend take down her winter garage (ambri tempo en franais), so I must have cut myself and got the bacteria then...

I have it on my right ring finger. It hurts like hell when I bang it on something thing. I have difficulty takings notes when I reading, and I'm typing with only three fingers.

To heal it, I'm taking antibiotics for the next 10 days.
