Ever have one of those days?
Okay, maybe not a day THAT bad (and if you haven't seen Falling Down, I advise you to do so.) But I was sure that my Monday was going to turn out that way; whether because of the inexplicable lack of sleep or the approaching quiz and headache. I suppose it was better than I expected though.
-The temperature finally dropped for a change. I was actually able to wear my hoodie on Tuesday...and lemme tell ya, I was sure missing that there hoodie.
-I ended up getting an A on my quiz, despite not finishing the homework due the night before in time.
-My history class was off. However, I had to kill another hour before my last class which led to me becoming really hungry. Does anyone know how there are those different degrees of hunger? Slight hunger, that heavy hunger that makes you feel like you're going to yarf, and the kind that literally leaves you in pain? The latter.
-So, end of the day. Just as a personal preference, I have been avoiding buying food on campus (been spending a bit much lately.) I am very hungry, tired, and just want to get home. And what should happen when I'm pulling out from my parking spot than someone else pulling out at the same time causing us to "bump into" each other. I turn my car off and my heart and mind are already racing. "Oh god, now we're going to have to talk insurance" "They'll probably say it's all my fault" etc etc. We both step out of our vehicles and I'm surprised to see someone that I was friends with in high school that recognized me almost instantly. We both check our vehicles to see nothing wrong, he says "Are we straight?", I apologize profusely (as is my nature), and we're both on our ways.
And now, WITNESS THE EXTENT OF MY NEGLIGBLE DRIVING SKILLS!!!!!!
