Yo!
Well yesterday was a full day for sure...had a Live Show at a College and University Fair, which went quite well. Interviewed a bunch of people...only had one dud. He was unable to speak three words in a row without "ummmm" being muttered. I found it hard at times not to laugh at times....you really had to be there.
When I got back to the station, my "boss" wanted to talk to me about some concerns he had of me. He wanted to know what was going on mith me, and where I stood with the job. I told him that there were 2 things that people look for in a job: To be paid what they're worth, and to feel like what they do is being valued and respected. I told him I had neither. I talked to him about the meeting I had with the stations Sales Manager, and how he told me that my position is a luxuary he could do without....add that to the pathetic salary that I get, and you get the poster boy for a dissatisfied employee. I went on to mention how I felt under utilized here, and that it's hard to promote a station that doesn't see a need for promotions.
He apologized, and said he'd talk about my concerns with the Sales Manager.
So much Drama, you'd think we were part of a reality television show.
On a completely unrelated topic...I've tried to save my main details 3 times this week, and it never saves. Any ideas on what's going on?

yeah.. its really, really so indescribably overwhelming, being in a holding cell with 50 people you can't see at all.. like a sureal nightmare.. especially a group of people you'd feel emotionally overwhelmed being stuck in a confined space with even if you were able to see everything happening..
