Hi everyone! So this past weekend my boyfriend and I went camping for a few days with all of his family, it was nice to get away for awhile since i've been babysitting like crazy! I also have a new haircut
I'm also trying to incorporate Apple Cider Vinegar into my diet now to help me shed a few pounds I gained when switching to a new birth control (almost 10lbs!) so far the ACV has a very potent taste
, you need to use the all natural unpasteurized "with the mother". This is the "recipe" i'm using to start out:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 T ACV
- 2 T Apple Juice
- 1 tsp sugar or honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
If you like those frozen juices you can add a tablespoon or two of that also to make it more palatable. From what I read you get used to the taste and you can increase the ACV to 2 Tablespoons per drink, and drink it up to 3 times a day.
