apparently, it's recommended that you don't enter a relationship in your first year of sobriety. my sponsor says, "have all the sex you want, just don't get caught in a relationship." it's also recommended that you listen to the suggestions of your sponsor. it's also weird, NextTuesday tells me the same thing.


so, i guess i'm down to be a cuddle buddy, a listener, joke teller, and all-around great friend with virtually no-strings-attached sex without entering relationship phase for a good year.
