I spent the afternoon at one of my favorite places, Lover's Key. It's a state park on the Gulf side of FL. I managed to not get sun burnt this time, and took a lot of pictures of wood. .... The tree kind of wood tongue No dolphins this time, but I did spy my friend the hawk that has been hanging out there the past few times I have been. It was so nice to have some alone time and take a long walk!

Lover's Key is the best. I always walk all the way around to the ocean facing side of the island where it's quiet.

Panther, my brother is big into kayaking and we used to go out on the rivers in VA. Never tried it in the ocean, but it's definitely on my list of things to do.

Fallonn, There is a kayaking tour in Ft. Myers. I'll get you the info on it if you want. I'm sure hes prob still around but he did have his buisness up for sale about a year ago. He does open water kayaking and over in some of the protected areas around there.
