Why does it feel like I'm usually playing the game of Sorry! instead of the game of life?

I used to love Sorry! I used to love The Game of Life as well. I bought a version of the game a little while ago called The Game of Life in Mostropolis. It's the Monsters, Inc. version.
I hear there's a pirate verion too. I want that one.
