Apparently, I laughed so hard last night my sides hurt.
Unfortunately, they started hurting today, and badly. if I'm lying down it's nearly impossible to get up. the right side of my back from the spine about halfway down and out all around to halfway to my belly button hurts. it hurts ot bend, twist my waist, or move my back.
then my roommate had to inflame my hypochondria and say "it could be your appendix".
If you know medicine, please tell me this isn't or is the case. I'm not going to a doctor unless I know for sure. and by "Know for sure" I'd rather not have that mean, "waited until there was internal bleeding from the ruptured appendix and was in mind bending pain."

I've slacked off a bit on the exercise this week, 'cos I've been feeling ill, but I plan to get back on it tomorrow morning. Hopefully
Got my pressups up from 20 to 25 now and I can do about 35 if I stop for a minute in the middle, so I think it's working.
Not quite sure how to chew a person over the internet!
Remember, it's not about being perfect and doing it everyday, it's about becoming more active in general- if you miss a day or 3, just get back on it when you're ready.
