well, so far so good for the exercising and eating healthy.
Except for a few small things:
I'm using cream cheese as a garnish for my wraps and sandwiches. granted, it's not like I'm using even a serving, but it's still something I could cut. I'll switch to fat free cream cheese when I'm done with what I have.
I'm drinking some juice that, now that I think about it, is like 80% high fructose corn syrup. I'll switch to something less sugary next week.
I need to better define my meal times, eat smaller portions still (I've already cut in half my intake, but I don't think it's enough).
I'm gonna start trying to run everyday instead of every other day... as soon as I can do 2 miles straight at 4.5 miles an hour. Hoping to have that done by the end of next week. I think the key will be getting more fluids into mah body, which is something I'm not doing enough of probably.
As for my Video Game problem I mentioned... I spend maybe 3 hours a day playing really. it's not really a problem anymore. granted, if I got a new game today, I'd play it nonstop for 2 days, but then I'd be burnt out again. Conclusion: Videogames are no threat to my social life.
however, I still don't have a social life. I have zero friends in the real world still, and I'm at a loss for where to go find some. I could take a class someplace, in oh, wait.... 4 months from now. Or I could join a club I guess. Really, my options are SLIM.
Also, I'm shy as can be in real life. I'm easily intimidated.
A final note, I've been waiting to hear from a few people for weeks now. I'm wondering if they don't like me/don't want to talk to me, but since neither of them has contacted me I don't know what's up. It's frustrating for me.
Next week I'm getting more sliced chicken breast. the smoked turkey I got which was way cheaper, is also less appetizing.
Question time:
1. If you were in a town where you knew nobody, how would you go about making new friends?
2. What's the one thing you do best?
3. Are you a light or heavy sleeper?

I have a very loving, somewhat over protective family. Always had a nice house, big backyard, and a black lab or two! lol. Very traditional family I suppose...morals, rules, manners, spoildness...the whole deal.
2. I remember when you first joined the site, your "I lost my virginity..." Said, "almost a year ago". Were you waiting for anything/anyone in particular?
I was waiting to share it with someone who loved me as much as I loved them.
3. How old are you?
How old do you think I am is the real question...
