Well... first day at work, I'm liking it. It's pretty simple work:
*sweep the aisles
*sweep everyplace else
*scrub (kindof like wet-buffing) the floors
*buff the floor
*sweep the floor
*clean a bathroom
*vacuum the carpet
*empty the outside trash
*sweep the parking lot
*go home
8 hours of pretty much just sweeping. the hardest thing is learning to use the scrubbing machine and the buffer; they are both big machines, and I have to learn finesse with using and manuevering them about.
Which is hard, because I'm like a bull in a china shop pretending to be a Minotaur in a antiques store.
Time for bed. hope you all have a smashing day.

How are things going, you ask? Well, not much is happening in my life. My financial situation is stable -- I had racked up a significant credit card debt, but I'm on zero interest until forever and can pay it off by mid-next year. I suppose I'll put the mundane details of my existence into my journal so there's at least something there. Check my page whenever.
