Things have been going particularly well with Brett and I for over a week now. We've been friendlier, we've fought less (still stupid arguments), we've cuddled and we've had sex more times than in the past few months combined! Yay!
Kind of thinking all the soy in our diet has been affecting us. Brett read an article while waiting for a customer yesterday that said too much soy in men can cause mood swings (check), weight gain (check), loss of sex drive (check) and generally make a guy not act himself. We're going to make a conscious effort to limit the soy intake.
Now, I'm going to ask you guys to go here and follow the directions to vote for the next Sinister Soaps scent and get a chance to win a bar in the winning scent.

christmasjones:
Only calories and chemicals that destroy your organs can cause weight gain. You will be ok. Bodybuilders drink soy for the protein, so if it really had bad hormones they wouldn't take it(not that they care about health). I wouldn't worry.

It's not me and weight gain. It was referring to men and the affects of soy. And the way soy reacts with other chemicals in your body are what would cause the inability to burn calories as you normally would. I'm not worried.
