You have a lot of red in your hair, that takes forever to get out, but it looks like your hair's still in good condition, so just go slow and condition the hell out of it. 
Although I do think you could pull off a super-bright strawberry blond or copper shade.

It looks great. Bleaching can really sock it to hair so definitely condition it until you can't condition anymore. You may want to get some good leave-in conditioner! I like the red with your blue eyes but the white blonde is going to look super-hot!
