but really, i think they should rename the "customer service department" to "customer beratement department". arguing with customer "service" over the phone is like some bizarre form of mental torture. are these guys trained by the cia? they have this way of making you feel utterly powerless, like they can do whatever they want to you, and you have no means to stop it. how can some dude in a cubicle do that?

and more to the point, what the hell does it matter to them if i don't pay 150 dollars? this shit is cruel. luckily i could pay that if i really had to, but what about some poor sucker that wouldn't make rent because of it. we're just regular people that don't have money sitting around to waste. garr.
