I love Old Sturbridge Village <3
I bought Rose Water from there today, and used in a recipe called "Poor Man's Cake"
It suits me well because I am poor too, haha.
I never knew that Rose Water was used to cook!
I guess you substitute it for vanilla...and it smells way better too
I just wanted to share how much I love that place, and I will be sure to share how my "Poor Man's Cake" turned out

Rose water is used in a couple Pakistani deserts... if you know of a Indian/Pakistani grocery in your area, I highly recommend seeing if they have "gulab jaman" (it's one of them). Not sure if I spelled it right, but try it if you get a chance. It's awesome.
