Went to see Shifft last night at Devil's Point, and have to say I was impressed. It's been a long time sence I've seen a band play a small bar where they didn't just turn the amps up to 11 and your ears weren't bleeding from feedback.

If you haven't heard yet, they are making "The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy" into a movie.
Personally, the clip I saw looks good, but if you haven't read the book, I strongly suggest reading it before the movie hits (just incase the movie sucks, you don't hold it againts the book which is fantastic).
