easter!!!!! 
the good thing about easter is that good friday fell on my friend's and my sister's birthdays. my sister was more interested in the good friday service at my old church though, so friday spent in the city. we went up to a bar waaaaaay up north, which consisted of the four of us getting super confused and lost, because evn though we've all been in the city for like 5 years + , we all get around by public transportation, so we couldn't find an entrance to the highway, kept getting blocked of by one way streets, and generally looked like we were visiting from springfield or some such.
the bar had some badass beers, but they were really expensive. i spent most of the time discussing VPN's with a neighbor, since the random people there didn't seem to really know each other, so jush was jumping from conversation to conversation, and he seemed to be skipping us a fair amount of the times, so we decided to be compleeeeeetely nerdy.
the bar was only something to do until it was time for the comedy show we went all that way for: Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind which was funny as hell. Apparently they can only let 200 people in, so we were numbers 190-199. we all were sitting in random places, tho, so the birthday boy and his cousins wound up with tampons on their heads, while me and cousin's bandmate got drenched.
saturday i wound up in the suburbs for my sister's birthday, so after dinner and presents i got everyone hooked on Colin Mcrae 4, cos i don't ever leave home without my xbox anymore
today we went to my uncles' for easter dinner, and got suitably stuffed. then i came home and put my new slipcover on my couch
